The registration for match will be opened on date stated on information page .

After submiting a filled-in registration form by the shooter, each registered person immediately will receive a confirmation on his e-mail address, informing him that he/she is registered to the match. Besides his/her name on web registration page will appear the status REG (Registered).
REG status does NOT GUARANTEE participation in the match. Match participation is confirmed only by payment on time. Guaranteed participation in the match is determined according to the date/time of an incoming payment to the bank account of the organizer (credited date on receiver side is decisive).
When we receive your payment, you'll be able to continue to the next step - choose squad and book slot definitely. The sooner the better for you, so that you can choose the squad early.
All payments has to be done no later than 14 days from registration, otherwise the registration will terminate.
The registration fee is not refundable, however can be transferred to another competitor.

After receiving the shooter’s Entry Fee payment to our account, the status of the shooter will be immediately change into the status PAID. It means the shooter has duly paid his/her Entry Fee and may squad himself to the desired squad (if there is still a place available). Payment must be made properly, exactly following the instructions on the website - it means for example: full amount in selected currency, the shooter’s payment must include the entry fee amount plus all the hidden and unhidden bank transfer fees! . In case we will not get full amount shooter will not be registered as PAID and we will wait until full ammount with bankfees is credited to bank account. In case shooter will not cover his/her bank transfer fee, it (approximate € 3.00) will be collected from the shooter at the time of range registration on the range.
ATTENTION: Please, always remember to state your registration number while sending your Entry Fee. If you send the Entry Fee for more shooters, state competitor numbers of all the shooter you are paying for, please!!

Possibilities in the event that shooter payment of the entry fee will be credited to our account after the full capacity of the main match such a payment could be returned to the shooter if requested one month before match date. After this date, the paid slot could be sold only to another shooter.

After the shooter squads himself into desired squad, the last change in his/her status will appear on the match web registration page. Shooter’s status will now read RDY (Ready). This said status will mean the shooter with this said status fulfilled all the necessary registration obligations and his/her match slot is fully guaranteed by the organizers.
By decision of Dyrektor Regionalny IPSC Polska, it's mandatory to have separate squads for PCC if match is organized together with handgun divisions. Organizator will move PCC shooters to marked squads on PAID/RDY status, with original squad membership taking in account if possible (we will do our best to  keep squad buddies together).

Warning!!! Deadline date for squad change is a 10 days before match date. After this deadline the squad change will be possible only with the MD and SD approval!

ATTENTION!!! If a shooter who has a RDY/PAID status and for an any reason cannot participate in the match, it is possible for him to receive his Starting Fee back from organizers or moved to next match, but it must be applied for no later than the one month before match date. After this date, the paid slot can be transfered only to another registered shooter.

For any changes in your registration form (change division or category, region, telephone, factor, email address, password for match etc.), you can use SHOOTER PROFILE  (click your name in any list ).

If you need change a name or surname in your shooter profile, please contact us on email. Name and Surname MUST be unique in system (WINMSS - official scoring app).

If you will require from us the notarized Match Invitation, you will be charged the costs associated with the said document postage. Postage expense will be collected from such shooters at the range during the process of match registration.
Important: The deadline date for sending invitations is 3 weeks before match date. Please, reserve enough time for handling problems with embassies.

ATTENTION!!! Please, make yourself properly familiar with the rules applicable to weapons and ammunition importation/transportation, this is not only to the Czech Republic or Poland but also to the entire area of the European Union!!!

At the time of registration/guncheck, every registered shooter must produce its own Regional Director’s note confirming the following:
Competitor’s status as the IPSC member in a good standing.
His/her RD’s permission to participate at the match.
The RD’s permission letter can be sent to us by email in advance.
Without above requested confirmation, the potential competitors can not and will not be allowed to shoot the match !

Match Director reserves his right to make any change if needed, including shooter's squad change !!!

In case of shifting of the match due to force majeure reasons (eg epidemic, pandemic, natural disaster, etc.) the entry fee is not refunded, but is fully transferred to an alternative date.
